In this 9th edition, we focus on the impact of governance on public and private entities, as well as the security of lives and properties. Under the theme “The Niger Delta and the Nigeria We Deserve,” we highlight the importance of a holistic approach involving both the public and private sectors.

Policies

1. Initiated by HERITAGE PLUS, the Garden City Advancement Award encourages individuals and corporations to invest in societal and economic development, thereby contributing to the advancement of our nation.

2. Employees of HERITAGE PLUS and its partners are ineligible for the award, ensuring that the selection process is fair and impartial.

3. HERITAGE PLUS reserves the right to confer or withhold any award if the recipient’s character falls short of honesty, integrity, and a sense of responsibility.

4. HERITAGE PLUS/GACAA is the sole owner of the live broadcast, entertainment, and media coverage during and after the event, providing an accurate account of the occasion.

5. The board and management of GACAA/HERITAGE PLUS have the sole authority to establish and confer awards on illustrious individuals and organizations in the categories of lifetime achievement or honorary achievement.

6. GACAA functions as a motivation for eminent individuals and organizations to continue carrying out their corporate social responsibilities, thereby increasing their positive impact on their respective communities.

7. Award recipients are encouraged to support the community development programs and projects undertaken by HERITAGE PLUS before, during, and after the event, further demonstrating their dedication to societal advancement.
